1. Information we collect
CareCircle collects account information (name, email), care-recipient profile data you choose to enter, calendar and medication information, documents you upload, and messages you send to your care circle. We do not collect clinical diagnoses or treatment plans unless you explicitly enter them.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to coordinate care within your invited circle, surface reminders and priorities, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
3. Sharing
Your recipient data is shared only with users you invite into the same care circle and who have the role-based permissions you assign. We share data with service providers (hosting, email) only as needed to operate the service.
4. Security
CareCircle uses Row Level Security, encrypted connections, and role-based access controls. No system is perfect; do not enter information you are not comfortable storing digitally.
5. Your rights
You can delete your account and associated data from your settings. You can also contact us to request export or deletion of specific recipient data.
