1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CareCircle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Not medical advice
CareCircle is a coordination tool, not a diagnostic system, emergency service, or replacement for a qualified clinician. You are responsible for verifying any health-related information before acting on it.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Invite only people you trust into a care circle.
4. Data you enter
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant CareCircle the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to users you authorize.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
6. Limitation of liability
CareCircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if you use a free plan.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
These terms are an MVP starting point. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel before accepting real users.
